  • Benefit: This shifts the dynamic from push marketing (interrupting people) to pull marketing (being easily found when a peer actively needs their specific expertise).

 

Lead with Value via the "Give Generously" Norm

The Community Agreement highlights that authentic charity involves a "sincere gift of self." Members can promote their authority by sharing their professional knowledge.

  • Action: Share high-value frameworks, templates, or case studies in the main community feed or relevant sub-groups without a hard sales pitch attached.

  • Benefit: By solving small problems publicly, you build immediate trust and naturally become the go-to provider when a Member decides they want to hire someone to handle a big challenge for them.

Celebrating milestones together builds community momentum and highlights what is possible when business is aligned with faith.

  • Benefit: It shifts the spotlight from self-promotion to communal gratitude, encouraging weary peers and giving glory to God for the fruits of your labor.

Instead of self-promoting ad-hoc, members can look for structured, SENT-sanctioned platforms.

  • Action: Request to facilitate a community workshop, speak on a peer-led panel, or be featured in a member spotlight interview.

  • Benefit: This positions you as a trusted guide, giving you visibility while strictly honoring the community’s educational and formation environment.
